Ohman Family Living at Briar is a staple in Middlefield Village. Our campus sits in the heart of one of the world’s largest Amish communities, with shopping, dining and small-town life all within walking distance. Tree-lined footpaths line the grounds along with three outdoor patios and a cascading waterfall, making the surrounding beauty of the Amish countryside as accessible to our residents as your backyard.
Our new, state-of-the-art transitional care unit includes 24 private rooms, a therapy gym, and a separate dining for short-term rehab patients. With the completion of this project, Briar is equipped to provide all levels of care—everything from independent living to long-term care—for an aging older adult.
