NURSE (RN/LPN)
Home Healthcare, Post-Hospital Recovery, and Senior Living Communities
Job Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, loving, and homelike environment for the residents
- Contribute and participate in carrying out the Plan of Care
- Manage clinical tasks performed by Nursing Assistants
- Administration of medications
- Document relevant clinical information
- Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing
NURSING ASSISTANT
Home Healthcare, Post-Hospital Recovery, and Senior Living Communities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Create a safe, loving, and homelike environment for the residents
- Contribute and participate in the execution of the Plan of Care
- Coordinate clinical care with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Document relevant clinical information to provide ongoing quality care
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing
- No experience required
