NURSE (RN/LPN)

Home Healthcare, Post-Hospital Recovery, and Senior Living Communities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create a safe, loving, and homelike environment for the residents
  • Contribute and participate in carrying out the Plan of Care
  • Manage clinical tasks performed by Nursing Assistants
  • Administration of medications
  • Document relevant clinical information
  • Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing

NURSING ASSISTANT

Home Healthcare, Post-Hospital Recovery, and Senior Living Communities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Create a safe, loving, and homelike environment for the residents
  • Contribute and participate in the execution of the Plan of Care
  • Coordinate clinical care with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Document relevant clinical information to provide ongoing quality care
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing
  • No experience required
